Come join us to experience the ultimate yogic workout from the ancient east, in the energy of the ancient west! This powerful practice is taught to the police, paramilitary and border security forces in India due to its all-round benefits.

Angamardana is the most physical of the Isha Hatha Yoga practices and is best suited for those who are in a relatively good level of fitness. Though it is more of an intermediate program, it can be done as a beginner’s program for those who are already generally physically fit.

Session 3: Sunday, November 7th: 7.30 – 11 am

Prerequisite: This session is open to those that have already learned the full Surya Kriya practice in a previous workshop.

Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness.
