The word ‘Asana’ literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as ‘Yogasanas’, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being.

​Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction. Hatha Yoga is offered as a set of 36 powerful postures, or yogasanas, to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy.

This profound science enhances how one thinks, feels, and experiences life. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance.

About Yoga for Spine Health

    In the Yogic science, spine is considered as the most important part of the body. The neural sensory system flows through the spine.  To keep spine in a healthy condition is extremely important.
    In this three weeks program, we will dedicate two evenings each week to work on the spine.  We will learn a series of gentle but effective movements to strength the spine and stimulate the root of spine to enhance the development and activity of the brain.
    These spine health related practices are gentle and safe to learn. They are suitable for all age groups.  Any previous experience in yoga is not necessary.

Angamardana ist ein System von dynamischen Übungen, die den Körper auf allen Ebenen beleben und eine andere Ebene der Kraft aufbauen. Dabei geht es nicht um den Aufbau von Muskeln, sondern um die Stärkung der Bänder. Wenn man Kraft und Widerstandsfähigkeit sucht, muss man die grundlegende Struktur des Körpers stärken. Das ist es, was Angamardana tut. Es ist für alle ab 8 Jahren geeignet.

Wir werden den ersten Teil von Angamardana erlernen – stehende Haltungen. Diese Übungen dauern nur 10-15 Minuten und sind ideal für diejenigen, die nicht viel Zeit haben, aber einige dynamische Elemente in das tägliche Sadhana integrieren möchten, um zusätzliche Energie für den Tag zu tanken.

Du kannst später in einem regulären Angamardana-Workshop “aufrüsten” und zahlen einfach die Preisdifferenz.

Jala Neti ist ein Prozess, bei dem die Nasengänge mit Salzwasser gereinigt werden. Dadurch wird die Atmung frei, so dass die Luft ungehindert durch Schleim und Schmutz, die sich tagsüber leicht ansammeln, in die Lunge gelangen kann. Es beruhigt und aktiviert das Nervensystem, lindert Migräne, Kopfschmerzen und Angstzustände, baut Stress ab und bringt Ruhe.

. Vor allem beruhigt und aktiviert es das Nervensystem in großem Maße.
. Neurologisch bringt es eine gewisse Dynamik und gleichzeitig eine gewisse Ruhe. Wenn du hyperaktiv bist, bringt es dich runter.
