Angamardhana – Energetic yoga for ultimate fitness
To clarify, there are two sessions each day, from 10 am to 12:30 pm and from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. It is required to attend all four sessions.
Angamardhana is a very ancient yogic practice for holistic fitness. It is believed to be a pre-cursor for martial arts, and the name means “Mastery over the Limbs”.
