Classical Hatha Yoga for Beginners @NL

A great opportunity to get to know Hatha yoga in its classical form. Sessions are offered by a certified Isha Hatha Yoga teacher, trained under the guidance of Sadhguru.
Participants have the opportunity to experience Isha Classical Hatha Yoga. These practices can bring deep relaxation to the body, activate of the joints, muscles and energy system. These are perfect counterbalances for our busy working lives, and prepare the body for more advanced practices. Other features include videos, postures, sound work, breathing method and guided meditations.
Practicing Hatha yoga regularly can bring many benefits include: enhance and balance energy levels; develop mental clarity and focus; relieve chronic back and neck pain; tone the body; and, remedy weak constitutions.
The session is open to all adults. Young adults from age 14 years above can also attend. Due to the nature of the practices, it is not suitable for anyone who has active hernia or pregnant ladies.
All sessions require an empty stomach condition. Please make sure you maintain the following gap before the session starts: a 4 hours gap after a full meal; a 2.5 hours gap after a snack; 1.5 hours gap after tea or coffee; and, 1.5 hours gap after a cigarette. Drinking water during the session is not recommended as certain heat will be generated in the system during the practices.
