Free Yoga for Total Health & Fitness
This is a free offering of 21 classes on Tuesdays after work, taking you gently towards total health & fitness through energetic forms of yoga.
We shall be teaching powerful ancient yogic practices: Angamardhana and Surya Shakti, starting gently and gradually increasing the challenge as your fitness and flexibility increases.
By the end of 21 weeks, you will have yogic fitness routines that you can practice at home, to whatever extent you wish, with no equipment other than a yoga mat.
