Till 4th September, we are offering 2 hours Isha Hatha Yoga sessions on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings for the hugely discounted rate of 35 chf for 2 hours. The programme is varied, and allows you to experience many aspects of yoga.

Backache, headaches and stiff shoulders have become so common that people almost expect to have problems. Our lack of physical movement – sitting in front of computers for hours – does not give us the range of movement our body needs.

Without properly using the back and neck, flexibility quickly reduces, and this can cause all sorts of problems. You know that your neurosensory system flows through your spine. Everything that comes into your awareness through the 5 senses is transmitted through your spine. So, keeping the spine in good shape is essential if you want to be healthy and if you want to be capable of doing anything of value.

We will learn simple but very powerful practices that activate the whole region, from the base of the spine to the neck. Even in just a few minutes of practice, you will notice the difference in alertness and liveliness.

This practice is suitable for those aged 8+
