Satsang is offered for those who have completed the Inner Engineering programme and been initiated into Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya. It is a two hour long session including guided Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, practice corrections from trained volunteers, guided meditations, and a discourse by Sadhguru. Satsang provides an opportunity to do our practice together in a supportive environment, answer questions, regain focus and recharge ourselves. It creates a conducive atmosphere for one’s inner growth.
